First Aid
Part 1 is a practical training session under the guidance of one of our fun, dynamic and experienced trainers guiding you through all the practical life-saving techniques.
Part 2 is an online e-learning module which can be done either before or after the practical training session on any computer or mobile device. You will receive a link to the e-learning module when you book the course.
