Facilities

Children have access to the dedicated playroom and the lounge area. There are toilet facilities on the ground floor. A first-floor bedroom is available for children when they want to rest and the stairs are fitted with top and bottom gates. When appropriate the children have access to the garden which provides a rich environment for learning and playing.

Garden

The Garden is enclosed by a wooden fence and secured by bolted gates. The garden is secure enough to contain chickens.

The garden is equipped with large toys including:-

• Sandpit
• Play House

The children are supervised at all times whilst out in the garden

Playroom

The playroom is fully-equipped with a children’s table and a wide range of my own toys and toys from the toy library.

Dining Room

The dining room is used for all meals and for arts and crafts.

There is a variety of materials for use in explorative play in which the children are given the opportunity to feel and discover the different properties of objects and to learn about shape, colour, size, texture, smell and sound.
